What I Do

Hi there! I'm Patrick, an award-winning freelance director and filmmaker, working under the title of DEAR FRIEND Films. I produce a variety of high quality, professional film and video content: from feature films, short films and documentaries, to promotional videos, online content, fictional works and more.

Being based in Glasgow, Scotland, I've had the pleasure and privilege of working with various communities and organisations across the U.K., as well as with a number of clients internationally. I also continue to work collaboratively with fellow creatives and other production companies on multiple projects.

Since graduating from Digital Filmmaking at the SAE Institute, Glasgow, gaining a first class BA Hons degree in 2017, my work has been selected for numerous international film festivals, winning multiple awards, as well as having been showcased on national TV. My debut feature-length documentary, 'In The Red', premiered during lockdown, receiving great praise and is now available to watch on YouTube, Apple TV, Amazon Prime and other streaming platforms globally.
